Exergy tubular heat exchangers differentiate themselves for its important heat transfer area in a reduced space and for its advanced technology. We offer shell and tube, tube in tube and point of use sampling systems very efficient both for hygienic, HVAC+R or renewable energy industries.

Shell and tube
Exergy miniature shell & tube heat exchangers provide largest performance in a small package. The unique compact arrangement of small diameter offers a lightweight, cost effective design. This equipment can be installed in space constrained areas. It works with pressures up to 104 bar and flow rates up to 36m ³/h. They are especially efficient in evaporation and condensation, regenerative heat transfer, sample cooling and cryogenic cooling.

Sanitary shell and tube
This equipment is also built in a sanitary version for hygienic applications. It is designed to meet the high quality requirements and hygienic standards of the pharmaceutical industry. All product contact surfaces have a maximum surface finish of 0,5m Ra or better with optional electropolishing. They are very efficient for WFI, Point of Use heating and cooling, clean steam condensing and sub-cooling.

Tube in tube
Tube-in-tube heat exchangers consist of two tubes, an inner and an outer coiled together. This unique, compact design prevents thermal fatigue, increases efficiency and reduces the overall size. It is ideal for high temperature, high pressure and low flow applications such as steam condensing, sampling WFI. It works with pressures up to 310 bar and flow rates up to 2,28m ³/h.

Sanitary tube in tube
It is also available for sanitary industries and complies with ASME BPE standards. All product contact surfaces have a maximum surface finish of 0,5m Ra, optional electropolishing available. This unique design ensures there is no risk of cross-contamination between the product and working fluids. Notable applications are: seal cooling, sampling, multi-phase fluids and slurries.

Point of use sampling system
The exergy point of use sampling system dispense instant, temperature controlled WFI or PW, and are designed to meet the high quality requirements and hygienic standards of the pharmaceutical industry (ASME BPE). It is fully drenable on product site with no dead legs and the continuous flow of hot water keeps it sanitized at all times. It stands out for cooling WFI/PW from 80-85°C to 20-40°C.
