The HRS DTA Series is a double tube heat exchanger designed to process food containing big particles. The diameter of the inner tube allows food to be processed without blocking. It delivers a high thermal transfer rate and it is easy to clean. Ideal for heating, cooling and pasteurizing. The DTA Series has corrugated inner tubes for an efficient thermal transfer and it is manufactured entirely in stainless steel.
