Aseptic bottom valves are devices for the discharge of product from reactors or vessels, in aseptic processing plants. Two versions are available, single bottom seat or doublé chamber with integrated steam barrier which enables the safe separation between the reactor and the discharge line.
The integrated function of seat lifting capability permits fully automatic seat cleaning during production. The valve enables the total separation of antagonistic media and offers you maximum process safety.
