Equipment and Components Analytical sensors Optek

Inline photometric sensors are based in the interaction of light with process fluids or gas. This interaction can be measured with great accuracy, as described in the Lambert-Beer Law. Optek employs two optical measurement methods. The absorption method is used to detect dissolved and undissolved parts in the media (NIR, VIS, UV), while the scattered light method allows the detection of particles in extremely low concentrations regardless of color or temperature.

Due to its accuracy and robustness, Optek online instruments are able to provide accurate and real-time analysis of the process stream, when installed in strategic locations such as pipes, reactors, tanks and vessels.
